HAMILTON RC REPORTS A BUSY OCTOBER & NOVEMBER

The Club has distributed over 700 dictionaries to the 3rd graders of our townships 6 Title One schools. One of our Rotarians goes to each school with the delivery and makes a presentation interacting with the students using the dictionary & gazetteer.
We have completed our PB&J project: Peanut Butter & Jelly as well as Soup & canned Tuna have been donated to 8 local food pantries and Mobile Meals of Hamilton for "Blizzard Bags" emergency provisions in case drivers are not available due to weather conditions. Thank you DGE John Shockley for helping us provide so generously.
The Hamilton RC is collecting and donating hats & gloves to The Wilson Center for their 5th Grade students
Hamilton Rotary Club was presented with the Bronze Ribbon for our 3-year contributions to Shelter Box. (Providing temporary shelters for victims of Natural Disasters worldwide. Past President Len Nemeroff is the coordinator between our Club & Shelter Box.
THREE CLUBS BAND TOGETHER TO DELIVER JACKETS TO 50 VETS AT LYONS VA

On October 28th, Rotarians from Westfield, Morristown, Somerset Hills and Hillsborough delivered flight jackets to the 50 veterans housed at Valley Brook Village at Lyons VA on October 28th. These clubs have been supporting the homeless veterans at Community Hope (Lyons VA) for 2 years and are now including the veterans at Valley Brook Village.
Any Rotary Club looking to help veterans with a monthly service project is encouraged to reach out to Burim Regjaj with the Westfield Club. outtahandpizza@gmail.com
